My Studio Is Now Open!!

I am pleased to announce that the "Studio" part of Studio B Photography has officially opened for business. Thanks to my friend and mentor, Steve, for helping me get the studio lighting and stands set up and for passing all of your knowledge on to me! Thanks to my email buddy, Dania, for the beautiful logo that will now appear as the official watermark on all photos posted to the Studio B Photography blog. Can I just tell you what a beautiful girl Miss J. is!! She has an equally beautiful personality. We had a blast checking out some city spots downtown. Family Fun, Custom/Lifestyle Photography

There is nothing more fun that being invited over to someones home to capture everyday moments. That is the key to lifestyle photography, watching people in their element and documenting those events. This lovely family got my name from a mutual acquaintance. Word of mouth is a wonderful thing. I enjoyed my morning with the H family as the kids showed off their Halloween costumes, let me play with their toys and made me laugh with their antics. Birthday Boy, Special Events Photography

Someone special just turned ONE YEAR OLD...

This little guy celebrated his 1st birthday with his family this weekend and they asked me to be a part of the fun. This is one lucky boy to have such wonderful parents and a great extended family. His grandma and great aunt make homemade cards as you can see below and his aunt D manages a toy store! How lucky is he!!! Watching him devour his first ever cupcake was hysterical. He barely acknowledged all of us watching and laughing at him! I hope these pictures bring you lots of happy memories of his wonderful day. Thanks for contacting me. Another Beautiful Fall Wedding

I love fall weddings. I had a great day with L and G and their amazing family. This couple has been together for 21 years and I had to ask, why now! I am sure they get asked that question pretty often! Mr. G is the most hysterical man I have ever met. You cannot be in his presense for more than 5 minutes without laughing hysterically. They were such a joy to work with and I hope the photos reflect the spirit of this family.

Sweet little J was so adorable. She didn't like the camera very much, but I got a couple of cute shots. She was wearing the most beautiful handmade jacket made by her grandmother. It was a good thing she had it on because the day was crisp...but that smile sure warmed my heart.

Senior Portrait

I think teenagers are the greatest. This lovely young lady is the oldest of eight children, yes, I said eight. I met this wonderful family when I took their family photo last fall. I was overjoyed when they contacted me to take Miss V's senior photos. I hope to be photographing them every year!
